Does Video Ref Give Us What We Need.

Howdy,

At the start of my walk, there is alot of stretch but no squash. But that is because the character is a soldier, which calls for a walk that is stiff and ridgid. Towards the end there is more squash as the character morphs into a monster.

What the video ref gave me was a walk that needed pushing at the UP pose which contributed to the empathis of the ridgid CONTACT pose. The hunched walk towards the end needed pushing of the DOWN pose, which empathised his weight, Ergo-creating more of an impact.

Reflection on the Recognition timing of Walk EAP

Hello, if blogger worked properly, you would be looking at the video I made today. But its not, so if you do want to check it out, you'll have to go to my home page to see it. I also had to write about it on a different post.

Below is my class task, that took all frigging day to complete.

The purpose of these tests is to experiment with recognition timing. How long it takes the audience to recognise the scene layout, the placement of the characters and objects in the scene.

In other words the visual information. I know there isn't very much visual information in these tests, but check them out and tell me which one has the best recognition timing.
